Some production processes only deliver optimal results with an enormous control engineering effort. These include, for example, high-speed forming processes in the production of flat or sectional steel. Often the performance of standard control systems is not sufficient for such processes. Instead, special solutions show their strengths in such applications.
E°ProBAS is our platform-independent, scalable and high-performance control architecture. The core system consists of powerful processor units that are connected to each other via broadband communication channels. In this way, computing power can be provided decentrally and a fast exchange of data is already ensured. The associated software consists of a modular system for:

This modular software system is platform-independent and runs on different hardware platforms. Very important: the application software is identical for all platforms. This allows retrofits to be carried out very efficiently and with low risk.
