Breco has been a market, innovation and quality leader in the field of polyurethane timing belt technology for over 50 years. Eckelmann FCS has been a solution partner for the control of Breco's production facilities for decades. The latest joint innovation is the development of an endurance test stand for timing belt drives. Thanks to the DC link coupling of the servo drives, it can be operated without significant energy consumption and requires no control cabinet cooling.

Essilor GmbH, Hanau
Essilor is the world's leading supplier of spectacle lenses and an innovation driver in the optical industry. In Hanau, the company operates a large-scale and fully automated picking warehouse for ophthalmic lenses, from which opticians are supplied. By modernizing the automation system alone, Essilor was able to increase its picking capacity by 20 percent. Eckelmann carried out the modernization as general contractor.
