In supermarket refrigeration, CO2 booster systems with heat recovery are state-of-the-art today. Bakery refrigeration can profit sustainably from the experience gained in this area. This is demonstrated by the cooperation between Kolb Kälte AG and Eckelmann AG.
In our white paper we present an innovative large-scale project for the new main plant of the bakery Mangold in Dornbirn, Austria. This application report was first published similar in the German Refrigeration magazine KKA 2/2019.
