Our own simulations
When automating machines and systems, Eckelmann engineers use Siemens programming languages such as the TIA Portal for secure, fast configuration, programming, and visualization solutions. This results in customized solutions.
Both standard tools with standard libraries and individual libraries created by Eckelmann development teams are used. The goal: fast programming time.
I/Os and processes are simulated using proprietary simulations to reduce commissioning time.
The integration of automation components in a single development environment provides a decisive advantage in terms of efficiency, short development times, and ideal transparency – across the entire service life of the plant or components.
Customized guidance systems
When standard solutions are not enough, our control system solutions with customized hardware and software come into play.
Control and image processing systems from Eckelmann control individual systems and entire lines in production and intralogistics. They are tailored to automation processes and areas of application specific to the industry, product, and customer.
Extensive testing
As a partner to data centers and power plants, maximum availability of solutions is a top priority. In their day-to-day development work, Eckelmann engineers provide engineering, production, testing, and commissioning services from a single source. This includes control solutions for (production) machines and entire plants, as well as the development and testing of software, electrical equipment, and control technology.
Safety, quality, and functionality are guaranteed by EOL (end-of-line) tests, FAT (factory acceptance tests), commissioning, and site acceptance tests (SAT).
FATs are performed in-house at Eckelmann, while commissioning and SATs are performed on site at the customer’s premises, with significant time savings possible thanks to prior simulation.
