Specifically, we use intelligent control technology, optimized algorithms, smart control systems, complex optimization algorithms, and artificial intelligence.
In our own production, we lead by example with sustainable efforts: aiming to reduce CO₂ emissions and the consumption of valuable resources such as gas, water, and electricity.
In 2023, with the goal of reducing CO₂ emissions by 30%, a photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of our headquarters in Wiesbaden.
Sustainability management also includes social and regional sponsorship.

- through Electric Buffering & Peak Shaving energy storage for machine and facility engineering
- through the use of the Digital Twin and facility monitoring with MES systems
Sustainable Collaboration: Ecoprofit
Engaging with local companies and the regional community is a special priority for Eckelmann AG. Ecoprofit is a cooperative project between municipalities and the local economy. The goal is to reduce operating costs while simultaneously conserving natural resources.
For years, we have utilized the opportunities of the Ecoprofit partner program to receive efficient and diverse support in implementing climate and environmental protection issues. This includes informational events, collaboration with authorities, joint workshops, and best practice examples.

Sustainability is of great importance to us and is firmly anchored in our corporate vision. The neutral evaluation by EcoVadis confirms this commitment and provides transparency about the resources of the Eckelmann Group.
